Breakfast
This picture kind of represents how I feel this morning.
A little bleary eyed.
Not really sure what’s going on.
Totally unprepared for the fact that my day is planned out until 2 a.m. tonight with meetings.
Craving heaps and heaps of nut butter. (Wait, isn’t that every morning?)
Oatmeal was an unquestionable necessity this morning. My weeklong “Daily Delectables” series is technically over, but I’m trying to stay creative/inventive for your sake. And mine. But really, all I could think about this morning was….
must.have.best.bowl.of.oatmeal.NOW.
Does that ever happen to you? Yeah that’s what I thought.
You know whad’it is:
- Old-fashioned oats…shall we call them vintage?
- Chia Seeds
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Fresh banana this time
- 2 heaping spoonfuls of nut butter –> yin & yang, esque!
- Homemade peanut butter (it’s back!)
- Sunflower seed butter from TJ’s
I couldn’t decide on one nut butter this morning….so I had both.
I’m all about problem solving.
It is no coincidence that this iced coffee was empty when I finally had the chance to snap a photo. It didn’t even last my 5 minute walk to class. Oops.
Come at me, caffeine.
Time to get to work….Paper due in less then 5 hours.
