Monday Munchies
After French/breakfast yesterday morning, I parked my butt in the dining hall, turned on Pandora, and tried to start mapping out a paper.
Around 11:30 a.m., I started to get a little hungry, so I mosied over to the salad bar and grabbed some lunch-etizers. Like appetizers…only better.
Around 1, I met H and friends for real lunch. I didn’t have a ton of time, so I snapped a quick picture before chowing down.
Salad + steamed broccoli & vegan bean chili. Roasted sweet potato half + an unpictured red potato on the side. Not a bite of fake meat in sight…thank goodness

My life didn’t stop moving for a good eight hours. Hence the lack of a midday blog post..
I ate dinner during work, since I had no other time to do so. Sadly, I didn’t snap any pics because I didn’t want to be a complete uber goober while working. But just so you can imagine…

- Crumbled bleu cheese
- Half a roasted sweet potato
- Mini red delicious apple
I would have liked to get a bit more protein in there, but four minutes to pack a meal in the dining hall didn’t quite allow.
