Day 1
Breakfast:
Banana & Beet Green Smoothie
- 1 banana, frozen in chunks
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 cups beet greens
- 2 ice cubes
Blend until smooth.
Simple Oatmeal
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup boiling hot water
- topping: peanut butter (mix of homemade and Giant brand)
Place oats and cinnamon in a small bowl. Add boiling water. Let sit 3 minutes. Top with nut butter, and enjoy!
